We currently use the services of four specialist installation support teams. We use the phrase teams loosely as we do have vans on the road operating with one man.
Our works include carrying out scopes of work identified in our reports, where the installation entity may not have the correct skill set to carry out such works or aware the householder may have lost faith in the entities capability of completing the works to a satisfactory level of workmanship.
We often receive instruction from court of their insistence that an independent contractor carries out identified works and that these works are inspected by the independent inspector once works are completed to ensure that records of practice have been maintained.
We also carry out remedial works for local authorities, private housing trusts, glass and glazing Federation.
We also supply this resource into installing companies to undertake works that may be complicated, of high-value or of operational import.
